Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in an in-house legal department of an international listed company and with experience in Latin America in charge of legal departments in other countries. Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with the communications or high-tech industry, cross-border and international business transactions and compliance laws.
• Writing and negotiation skills in English at a high level.
• Business orientation and focus.
• Ability to manage in-house staff and outside counsel, as well as multilateral international transactions with numerous stakeholders. - Ability to travel and work overtime in different time zones.
• Team player. Negotiator.
