We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Collection Manager for an international technology company. The primary role will be managing credit risks, overseeing and optimizing the customer collections process across the LATAM region, ensuring compliance with the financial regulations of each operation.
Responsibilities:
Optimize collections and reduce overdue accounts.
Supervise the performance of collections.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
Assign and reconcile customer payments.
Evaluate customer solvency and manage credit.
Ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
Requisitos
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in collections and credit management.

Experience working across LATAM countries (from Mexico to Argentina, including Brazil) is preferred.

Knowledge of financial analysis and experience working with ERP systems (mandatory).

Familiarity with the financial regulations of the region under management (compliance and best practices in credit and collections).

Proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
