FINANCE MANAGER

Are you a strategic financial leader with experience in multicultural environments?

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and ensure profitability for a leading service company with both local and international operations.

In this role, you will be a key player in strategic decision-making, ensuring the company’s financial health through efficient resource management and providing accurate insights to drive business growth.

Requisitos

Technical Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.

• Languages: English proficiency – Advanced (Mandatory).

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in positions such as Finance Manager, Finance Director, or similar leadership roles.

• Compliance: Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and management systems.

• Financial Modeling: High proficiency in analyzing and creating complex financial models.

• Auditing: Solid experience in managing internal/external audits and management control.

• Tax Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation applicable to the industry.

• Tools: Advanced handling of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).

Soft Skills

• Leadership: Proven ability to guide, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to connect financial data with business growth objectives.

• Communication: Skilled at conveying complex financial information clearly to executives and non-financial departments.

• Adaptability: Agility and sound judgment to make decisions under pressure in dynamic environments.
