🚀 We're Hiring: Director of Finance, LATAM

REDi Executive Search is leading the search for a strategic financial leader to join a multinational company with global operations and a strong LATAM footprint.

The Opportunity:
Serve as the financial anchor for the region — bringing results, forecasting, and planning together into one coherent strategic narrative. This role blends the mindset of a regional CFO with a transformation-driven approach: automation, AI-powered financial analysis, and strong influence over senior stakeholders across a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Requisitos

What We're Looking For:
✅ 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience leading Finance / FP&A / Business Finance functions
✅ Proven track record owning regional P&L, AOP, and forecasting cycles
✅ Experience navigating complex markets (LATAM), including currency, country, and regulatory risk
✅ Fluent English (Mandatory)
✅ A forward-thinking approach to innovation — automation, dashboards, and AI-driven insights
