Commercial & Marketing Manager

🏭 Multinational company in the agrobusiness sector, currently in a phase of regional expansion

Do you have experience leading commercial and marketing teams in the agro industry? We're looking for someone who can unify Sales, Marketing and R&D with both strategic vision and hands-on field execution.

What we're looking for:
✅ Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
✅ 5 to 10 years of experience in senior managerial/commercial roles.
✅ Experience with multinational companies, leading multidisciplinary teams.
✅ Advanced English (Mandatory).
✅ Comprehensive business (P&L) vision, strong senior-level negotiation skills, and experience managing distribution networks.
